Suppliers are required to adopt behaviour that coheres with legal and ethical principles and respects human rights and the protection of the environment.

In order to participate in tenders called by Terna for the awarding of public contracts for amounts equal to or higher than EU-defined thresholds, in implementation of the provisions of art. 35, paragraph 2 of the CODE OF PUBLIC PROCUREMENT (Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 as amended) to which Terna is subject, please refer to the SUPPLIERS' OPPORTUNITIES page. In addition to all public tender initiatives above the EU threshold, the page also includes tender initiatives in the fields of innovation and market research of any interest to Terna.
